WHY IS THIS URGENT?
Around 23 million girls in India drop out of school every year when they reach puberty, typically around sixth or seventh grade.
Without knowledge or awareness about menstruation, and no access to sanitary pads, they end up facing acute stress, anxiety and develop health problems.
There is an urgent need to ensure that every girl has access to their right to education and equality.

HELP PROVIDE LIVELIHOOD TO WOMEN
Our commitment to ensure holistic development of every child led us to set up two sanitary pads manufacturing units, one each in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
These units are run by women who are trained and organised as Self Help Groups (SHGs) to produce environment friendly biodegradable sanitary pads to serve the disadvantaged girls as they earn their livelihood.
